What you’ll find here

Most sessions are taught in small groups, with time for guided practice and questions.

  • Short courses with clear outcomes

  • Ticketed workshops with defined themes

  • Practical teaching that builds real skill ~ not a pile of half-finished projects.

Teaching happens in scheduled blocks. Learning is intentional, not endless or on demand.

What you’ll leave with

By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with:

  • a stronger foundation and better habits

  • the skills to spot problems and solve them

  • a process you can repeat at home

  • a finished piece you’ll actually be proud of

  • real confidence that comes from competence (not hype)

How I teach

We’re here to build skill, not shame.

I focus on the process, not just the techniques.

That means learning how to:

  • diagnose fit and construction issues

  • test, adjust, and refine

  • understand why something works ~ or doesn’t

We practise, unpick, and try again. This is how we build skill.

Learning here isn’t about catching up or proving yourself. It’s about building your skills at a pace that fits your life ~ and knowing that starting later doesn’t mean you’re starting from behind.

Access & learning style

I keep lessons organised, with clear steps and plenty of time to practise. Instructions are straightforward, and routines are simple to follow.

If you like to know what to expect and how things will work, this way of learning should feel comfortable.

If you have any access needs, just let me know. We can chat about it and find a solution together.

Who this is for

This space is for people who want:

  • structure and clarity

  • learning that respects identity and access needs

  • instruction that expects effort as well as curiosity

Who this is not for

If you’re hoping for quick fixes, constant encouragement, or someone who avoids honest feedback, this may not be the best match.
I focus on real progress and open communication.
